Clássico e não clássico, são as classificações clínicas do prolapso com impacto prognóstico. No paraesternal, mas checando sempre no modo M (não custa nada...). No 4C, só se for gritante.
Beto , qual criterio de diagnostico que vc usa para o Prolapso da Valvula Mitral no bidimencional.(nao patologico)
